I worked with Infantino in the Hilton group when I was executive chef at Hilton Sydney where, we were also fortunate to have his services to produce some works of art which are still in use today after several years. I also visited the Hilton Kuala Lumpur where he worked and personally witnessed his gallery. Infantino has the incredible skill of being able to produce something from nothing. He actually turns garbage into gold! I would recommend him to any hotelier or prospective art lover seeking a very talented professional.

I had the pleasure meeting Infantino during a regional Hilton Asia F&B Manager and Executive Chef Workshop at the Hilton KL in where he displayed very creative decorations for the entire ballroom foyer and function rooms, using recycled materials and arranging carvings and special artefacts out of various materials. All dispays where so eye catching and impressive, I remember I have taken so many photos, like all of us at the workshop.Previously, I was working as the Executive Chef of the Hilton Petaling Jaya and during my 2 years time in PJ, I have seen a lot of different artistic show-pieces from Infantino which have been outstanding and very creative. I have had the honour of working together with Infantino in Hilton Kuala Lumpur from 2005 – 2010. He is a very intuitive, intelligent and impactful person who always gave his best in the many creative art pieces that he came up with, many of which are truly unique and one-of-a-kind! “At the time that I worked in Hilton Kuwait Resort with Infantino he was the property Artist and was very supportive in decorating and upgrading the back of house areas of the hotel which he did by himself, mobilising the support of the engeineering team and decorating the back of house to create a warm, inviting and comfortbale working environment such as the training room, knowlegde room and back of house corridors. He also supported the rest of the HR department by creating large murals and other decorative pieces such as ice sculptures for the hotel team member events.
He was very comfortable using an extensive range of artistic material to create something special whether polystyrene, cake, ice or paint and more.

“Infantino sees things that nobody does. A piece of glass is just that to the rest of us but to Tino (as he is fondly known) he sees an art piece. Whilst I had not managed Tino directly, his area of coverage fell within my area hence we had worked together to achieve somethings.
Tino is easy to manage, has tons of creativity oozing at all times, likes to be challenged creatively hence his work just gets better and better.
I had recently worked with Tino for a project and the only brief he got was a picture of a logo. What came was better than the picture and has astounded everyone. That is Infantino, always moving the goal post for himself so he can challenge himself.

I would love to with Tino anytime if the opportunity presents itself!”
